Questions people ask before buying

Does a lifetime licence really mean lifetime?
Yes. It is a one-time payment for the app and every future version of it. If we ever change how the product is sold, the licence you already bought is unaffected.
What happens if I stop paying the yearly plan?
LocalSoft drops back to the free tier. Your sites, databases and certificates stay exactly where they are — you keep three projects and can still run them.
Can I move my licence to a new Mac?
Yes, as often as you like. Release the old device in My licence and activate the new one. No email to us required.
Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Tax is calculated at checkout based on your country, and business customers can enter a VAT number there. Invoices are available from the receipt email.
Is there a Windows version?
Not yet. We would rather finish macOS properly than ship two half-products. Windows licences will be sold separately when it arrives.
Do you offer student or open-source discounts?
Yes, and we do not make people prove much. Write to us from your university address or with a link to what you maintain.
